Foundations
Classes
Our introductory classes are designed for students who are new to the discipline or are still in the early stages of learning. No prerequisites are necessary for these courses. The introductory classes cover fundamental aspects such as safety protocols, the basics of climbing and inverting, and the foundational movements that will enable you to progress.
Beginner
Classes
Our beginner classes are perfect for those who can strut their stuff on their apparatus, even if it's just a little! So, what do you need to join this circus of fun?

Silks: You should be able to footlock, straddle from the ground, nail those basic and Russian climbs (3 or more, please), and score a baby hip key from 3 climbs!

Lyra: Get ready to wow us with pullovers, straddles, mermaids, beats, and hopping back into that Lyra seat! Plus, you need to rock at least one monkey roll.

Trapeze: Bring your A-game with pullovers, straddles, mermaids, a strong stand position, and a coffin pose that would make a vampire proud!

Hammock: Show off your skills with pullovers, straddles, a strong stand, and have fun with the pinup girl, birdie, backsplit, and coathanger moves!
Level 1

Our level 1 classes come with a fun checklist of skills you need to strut your stuff!

For Lyra: It’s all about those ball tucks, shine scrapers, and mill circles—yeah, you heard me, at least one mill circle!
For Trapeze: Nailing the gazelle, coffin, catchers star, pop to seat from pike, spider and eagle on the bar!
For Hammock: Perfect your coffin, channel your inner "girl on the moon," give a nod to the fallen angel, hipkey from attitude, knee pop, and show off that tofu!
